The Public Administration Reform web portal is part of the initiative launched by the Minister for public administration and Innovation, On. Prof. Renato Brunetta, in order to promote and support the reform process.
A “Delivery Unit” has been set-up by Ministerial Decree on 27 October 2009. The Task of the Delivery Unit are to monitor, coordinate and communicate the implementation of the Public Administration Reform.
The Delivery Unit aims at achieving a better understanding of the reform an defining training and capability needs to ensure a better public service for citizens.
Inspired by international best practices (UK, France, Portugal, France) the Delivery Unit tries to bridge the gap between setting new rules and achieving results.
The Web Portal will help citizens and civil servants to understand, follow and participate to the reform.
The composition of the Delivery Unit reflects the scope of the Minister’s portfolio (Collective Bargaining, Organisation, Digitalization and Training).
